We are ready to help you host your next meeting in our beautiful bookstore. We welcome a wide range of groups and activities in our space and we have the amenities that you need to host a successful meeting. Our space reservation rates depend on the type of activity that you plan to host. Let us know if you have any questions.
Book Related Meetings – We do not charge for use of our space for book related meetings. Since we do not charge, our hope is that the community groups, books clubs, and audiences that attend will recognize that we must make money to survive. We ask that groups consider encouraging their members to browse the store before or after their meeting. Customers may still quietly browse the shelves located in event space during your meeting. If you wish to reserve the full space for privacy, the space rental rates below will apply.
Meetings Not Related to Books – Even if your meeting is not book related, we would still love to host you. Space rental rates are listed below. We offer a discount on rates if you do not mind store customers quietly browsing the shelves near the meeting space.
Non-book Meeting $25/hour
Private Reservation (browsing closed) $50/hour
Non-book Meeting $50/hour
Private Reservation (browsing closed) $100/hour
Food and Beverage Policy – Food and beverages including alcohol are permitted in the meeting space. You may bring these with you or contract directly with the caterer of your choice. We have multiple downtown restaurants that are happy to assist with your catering needs too. We ask that you remove all trash following your meeting.
